Lovely clean room. Easy parking. Owner very helpful and welcoming. Great location. Value for money.

Comfortable, suited my needs, owner super helpful and wanting to improve the property. Totally accomodating when stranded due to car issue/ repair.

Great amenities, simple little ppace that had everything i needed. Staff were great.

Very clean and neat with all that you need for accomodation and very friendly service upon arriving and departure

Ideal for my next step to Hamilton. I was upgraded for free to a king size bed. Room was very clean, comfortable  and well appointed.

Disappointed that the advertised price in bold was not the price charged.  I was advertised at $270.02 and I was billed $280.  I asked the check in staff why the difference and when I asked for a breakdown of fees he said they charged what hotels.com said and the invoice showed no mention of the extra fee.  The extra fee was written on the booking page but was in much smaller print and a lesser colour without any explantation.

Misleading prices

Service was friendly and efficient. Great care had been taken in the cleaning, and there were some effective attempts to upgrade an older style motel, such as the lighting. The beds were also fine. But more needs to be done: the air conditioning is noisy and the door key was hard to use. From a wider perspective, the gardens were a plus and there was almost no disturbance from road traffic. All in all it was good value for the price.

This is an old establishment that has a few wear and tair issues but everything works and is totally seviceable. This is great value for money because of its location and the friendly staff, bed is great as are the pillows and beadspreads etc., has tea/coffee etc, fridge thats quiet when running and a good shower. Some marks on the door and wall and other signs of wear but very comfortable. This is not a luxury stay but was comfortable and very clean. I would have no problems with going back.

Upon walking in the room I put the heater on as it was only 8 degrees outside and within minutes could feel a difference, later at night the electric blanket was a god send, the room was still warm but having been out for dinner I was half frozen and the bed was so comfortable and cozy before even getting in it

So warm

located a good bit out of town was very quiet location until one other guest started to argue that he could not park his car directly outside his room another guest moved 2 spaces away to accommodate the objectionable person slightly spoiled the quiet location. I do not think anything could placate the person though the pleasant and polite staff tried

Out of way

Facility comfortable enough for an overnight stay in the low priced tariff bracket, clean enough, quiet, location ok, just the property is tired and needs a spruce up.

Everything was good for me and when l was out having dinner with my partner girlfriend and we came back to the hotel room and make love to each other and enjoy ourselves together and then in the morning l sent her to her work place panda massage in the shopping centre

Great little motel - had everything we needed for a one night stay.  The receptionist was super helpful as we arrived late and he sorted us out.
