Great place to stay. Location is amazing. Apartments are clean and have everything you need. Highly recommend.

Location was excellent, close to everything and the apartment was beautiful and well equipped.

We arrived quite late and had to depart fairly early so we didn't have a chance to report our issues to the management:  there were quite a few cobwebs and spiders lurking about this property - including when we pulled the bedclothes back and they scurried across the sheets.  Both bedrooms were open to a loft below which meant that neither room had any true privacy; somehow we were not aware of this or we wouldn't have booked it.  My friend gave me the room with a queen bed but slept on the sofa downstairs as we both found the twin beds only suitable for children; not comfortable for an adult.  The car park is difficult to navigate when more than one SUV is already parked there.  We were very happy with the communication from the management pre-arrival and regret not having been able to communicate to them our comments above to them directly but we were on an extremely long and hurried trip.

Nice but some issues

Such a beautiful apartment. 
Walked and and loved it straight away. Perfect fireplace to sit in front of with a wine and the kids had plenty of space. 
Beds were comfy. 
If I had to find a negative, which is very hard. It would be you can hear the people next door going up and down the stairs. And no view. 
But I would certainly stay again and recommend it to everyone.

We stayed in Apartment 3 for two nights and just loved it. Everything you need is here. Heating was on when we arrived on a chilly afternoon. We had the luxury of a wood burning fire which was an added bonus the next day when the weather turned, kindling all there and prepared. The whole place had a really lovely ambience. Could not really fault it anywhere. Would definitely recommend it for a very comfortable stay.

So comfortable..

A friend and I stayed 2 nights and found the family loft apartment No1 very clean, comfortable and cosy. Spacious living area with comfy couches, good size kitchen with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper etc. Kate the owner/operator was really helpful, easy to contact and quick to answer any questions. As it was a trip for 2 friends, one of us had the large master bedroom with queen bed, sitting area, walk.in robe & direct access to the shared bathroom and one was relegated to the twin single beds.  second bedroom. All beds were firm and comfortable but oh how I wish there were more less traditional apartment options offering 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds available. The family apartment has a large private garden/patio/bbq area. Might have been nice if previous guests had cleaned the bbq after they'd used it. Downstairs extra toilet in the laundry area off the kitchen was great so no need to treck up the stairs.  It is a 1 min walk to a great Fish n Chip shop and less than 5 mins walk to the main shopping precinct of Ocean Grove (Coles, bakery, chemist, banks, cafes etc) and about 3 streets back from the surf beach, easy walk if you are okay with a bit of a steep hill. I would gladly stay here again even without a bigger bed  !!

Home away from home

We stayed 1 night. The apartment is very spacious with 2 open bedrooms upstairs, and kitchen, living and (the only) bathroom downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. The a/c heated the apartment and main bedroom well but was quite noisy. However, once heated, we turned the a/c off and the apartment retained the heat well. It's a convenient, short walk to the local supermarket, shops and cafes.
