I always book the Atlantis when I travel to Melbourne for the AO as I know what to expect, courteous staff, great size room, cleanliness and the location. The lifts are quick no waiting around they were happy for me to fill my water bottle in the morning from there cold water fountain in the breakfast room. I also like they have digital scales in reception to weigh my luggage. This time I could not get a room with an outside view as the hotel was fully booked but it made no difference to my stay in fact it felt more private there was a window that looked out to a brick wall. also the blockout blinds were excellent. What I would like to see is maybe change the bedside lamps to one which have a built in USB charger as that would be really handy. See you guys next January for the AO
