secure. well priced. good position. Short walk to city centre with cool Asian grocery store downstairs. 
I really enjoyed my stay at the tribecca. I prob wouldn't stay elsewhere unless they were booked.

Great apartment for the price.  Turned up at 9.30 a.m. after getting off a cruise ship.
Wanted to store our luggage in reception area.  Instead the great staff advised us a room was ready now!
Was shown up to the room and Wow!!!
Upgraded to a massive apartment with a balcony and everything else you need in an apartment!
The pool and spa area was also fantastic.
Only a short stroll down the road to Brisbane river, where we spent all day cruising on the free ferry and dining in Southbank.
Stayed only a night but wished we stayed a week!!!😍

Booked this online through Booking.com and was a great stay!  Clean, huge 2 Br/ 2 Ba room, with a full nice kitchen, washer and dryer and one bath with a tub.  Located close in to city, cafes and restaurants cross the street and friendly staff.  Room was clean and nice and even had a nice view from the huge balcony which also had a table and chairs.   Would very much recommend for a stay in Brisbane!

We were very happy with our 2 bedroom apartment on Level 8..Clean and well appointed with great facilities! Love the big balcony for a few drinks and nibbles in the arvo. Great pool, spa and gym/sauna area. Pool was freezing but the spa was beautiful and warm. The only thing we were not happy about was on the Monday both Elevators were out of service, 1 had been out since we arrived on Sat , no worries a lovey lady in the office advised us it wouldn't be a long  wait in the foyer or we can take the stairs. We decided to wait as we had a bad asthmatic with us who is older, still we are happy, until a very rude man spoke to us and when we said we are happy to wait for the elevator he made some rude/smart remark about him going up the stairs twice in a very rude way. Making the lady with us feel terrible. Maybe he should work on his personal skills. Everything else was great and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great Location-Clean Rooms

Wonderful place to stay in Brisbane

VERY comfortable.

Check in experience was not great. We were there at 2pm for check in time and no body was attending reception. Eventually someone came and then said our room won’t be ready for another 30 minutes. When we got in the apartment there was used soap still left from previous guests. There was no aircon or ceiling fans in the bedroom so it was incredibly hot and stuffy. Traffic noise was horrendous to leave the windows open at night. And the only fan they provided did not work. Jusr overall not a very good experience staying here. Cleanliness was lacking and service was very poor as well.

Disappointing

We stayed in 2 bed apartment for one night. We were on third floor & traffic noise was worst we’ve  experienced.
Air Con in lounge but bedrooms very hot, no ceiling fans.
Apartment hadn’t been cleaned properly, benches dirty & carpet needed revacuuming.
TV had limited stations & bad reception.
Overall unpleasant experience.

Poor experience

Our Christmas booking was cancelled by management and compensation agreed to by them.  This was done months ago and still no compensation received from Tribeca. They refuse to talk to us or acknowledge any correspondence.  The most unprofessional accommodation I have encountered anywhere in the world 

Management are rude (when they did talk).  Condescending and total disrespectful.  

Promised compensation if our new accommodation was more expensive said would help find similar accommodation. Accommodation they sent us was substantially less than what we had booked and rather a distance from where we needed to be.  

Still waiting for promised compensation 3-4 months on.   

Stay well clear of this place especially if looking for long term accommodation

Terrible place

The apartment we booked looked nothing like what was displayed on the internet. 
There was hair found on the floor, a cigarette butt on the bedroom floor, empty peanut shells on the kitchen floor, used tweezers in the bathroom, the table was very dirty. The apartment looked as though it hadn’t been stayed in or cleaned for weeks. Will not recommend this place to anyone
