Absolutely gorgeous escape, parking was a breeze, room was gorgeous and well set up for a wonderful night away.

Very clean and comfortable.  Room was warm ready for us.  Easy check-in and good communication about same.  Thank you.

Cozy and warm with a good size t.v. Lovely bathroom, and a big bed. I felt that the the couch could have been a bit bigger it was just a small 2 seater which is a bit of tight fit for 2 Adults. And a coffee table would be good.

Great location in a forest.  Highly recommended.

The property was clean,easy to find and very helpful

Loved the property however a little remote

Nice cabin in the woods. Saw a pademelon. Just had to boil the water before drinking.

Really lovely area and fantastic idea to place cabins amongst the trees the way they have. Gorgeous native wildlife around the place to look at and listen to, which is a big reason we wanted to stay in the mountains. Great bathroom and a decent sized room, however the room and bedding was very dusty. The couch had some unsightly stains (I'd be putting removable covers over those myself) Mattress was very uncomfortable (springs in your back all night) and there is no onsite reception (and limited phone signal even for Telstra) so its a bit hard to contact anyone when you need things. If you can be pretty self sufficient and don't have allergies or a bad back, it's good enough for a few nights and nature makes up for the lack in other areas

Just a short 20 minutes drive to the cradle mountain national park area, our room was very comfortable with a big bath tub to relax in. The heater was great during colder night. There is a cafe across the street offer good selection of food but we mostly enjoyed cooking on the back veranda with our camp cooktop and eating with beautiful forest view. We saw pademelons showing up everyday in the back yard and they were the cutest.

Comfortable stay at Cradle Mountain

Picturesque location was lovely. The sounds of the birds and wildlife was so calming. Cute decorations outside. The room had heated blankets! When we arrived late, the lights and heater had been left on for us which was very considerate as it was a cold night. Would definitely stay again if we come back.

We arrived to our lovely cabin, to find the bedside lamp and heater were on.The room was spotless .A beautiful large bed with lovely linen and covers. As an extra bonus there were heated throw blankets to use if necessary.The care taker and the cafe staff were very accommodating and friendly..Nothing was too much trouble. The only downside was that we had only booked one night   Wish we could have stayed longer.

My wife and I stayed here on our Honeymoon and were blown away with how cosy the Inn was. The room was very warm and the bed was very comfortable. The atmosphere here was very homely and despite a lack of reception or wifi, we were able to share a meal and relax watching tv which was a nice change of pace for us. Definitely worth staying here!

Cosy Cabin

Super cute cottage style property about 25mims from Cradle Mountain. Really spacious with a lounge/dining/kitchen and huge bathroom with spa. You so need to be prepared for this accom as there are no cooking facilitates, just a microwave and not much around. There is also no wifi and almost no Telstra service (1 bar of 4g). If you’re looking for something off grid that’s still comfy and warm this is perfect.

The Inn was charming, and we stayed in a lovely cabin. It was very private, clean, and quiet. The room had a heater, which was more than enough to keep us warm in the cold weather. The location of the Inn is very remote (as you would expect). There are limited dining options close to the Inn, so you need to do your research and book ahead. The apartment only has a toaster and microwave, so we had to plan meals that didn't require full kitchen facilities. Given the lack of dining options in the area, it might be worthwhile for the owners to consider some more kitchen accommodations.We also weren't expecting the lack of service in the area and had no means of accessing the internet or mobile service (as we're not with Telstra) from the Inn. To be fair, we didn't look up their website in enough detail beforehand to find this information. We weren't provided with check in information directly from the Inn (it was apparently sent through last minute - which we never received). So when we arrived, we had to jump through some hoops in order to find out how to access the key from the lock box. This involved asking the coffee spot next door for wifi access to find the Inn's phone number and then walking up to the Telstra phone box across the road to contact the Inn for the lockbox code. The room had a TV as the only source of entertainment. Without wifi access, it would be good if the Inn provided some games/books as entertainment for guests.

We loved our cottage.  We understand that a major fire destroyed the main lodge, so that has probably set the place back a bit, but the cottages are clean, tidy & cosy. The heating is great & there's everything we needed for basic cooking.  Curley the Currawong bird is a bonus, as he brought berries to our door in exchange for the odd biscuit! 

Great spot, close to the mountain. 

the good - nice, clean, good lighting, warm room, cosy.  Very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent water pressure, lovely after a day walking. Parking outside our door, fairly quiet.  Easy check in and check out. The not so good -  lower shelf on fridge door was broken, so you lose storage space in a small fridge.  The shower door did not seal and a lot of water leaked onto the bathroom floor.  Overall would stay here again.

we had a lovely quiet stay. Beautiful bushland with wildlife right outside. Nice outdoor area. Cabin was as expected, rustic but clean with good facilities. Very pleasantly surprised to have Foxtel provided given the poor tv and phone reception in the area. I will definitely try to stay for more than one night next time.
