Great apartment in a central and convenient location with fabulous views of the river and Cotton Tree Beach. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and the extra added touches of chocolates and bottled water very welcoming.

Stayed for business so not able to avail of the very central location and pool etc

Do yourself a favour and ask for Apartment 904! You will be put it a first class apartment with every thing you need. After you unpack you bags head to the balcony, get a coldy or wine from the fridge, and just have a look at your view....magic.

What a stunning apartment- the endless views are to die for!!! Peaceful, quiet  yet close to all the action with some great restaurants and bars. 
The apartments are huge! It was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and the staff are very welcoming.

Our stay at Waves apartments was fantastic!  Our hosts were very friendly and eager to help and provide any information we needed. We had a 3 bedroom apartment overlooking the river with a beautiful view watching the various water activities. It was a perfect spot to have time with our family including twin toddlers. The apartment was clean and beds very comfortable. It was a great location with a supermarket, shops and cafes within easy walking distance. The park for the children was an easy slow 15 min walk away. My husband and I also had a wonderful meal at the nearby Boatshed restaurant. We would thoroughly recommend this property and hope we can return in the future.

We stayed for 3 nights but could have easily stayed a week.

Parking can be a bit tight though.

This is our 4th visit to Waves, this time we had 3 apartments booked to accommodate all of us, with famiy visiting from overseas. 
Once again it was fantastic, each apartment was great and George spent time making sure we had the best apartments to suite each families needs. 
Would not stay anywhere else in Maroochydore, it is so convenient, great service and unbeatable views. 
One of the best restaurants is just a few steps away ,Red Sea was unbelievable, and was the perfect place for our last family dinner before they departed.

stayed from 13/04/22 - 19/04/22, can't speak highly of the customer service team and their attention to detail, apartment was perfect, so clean and comfortable.  Views to die for, not to mention the location, Woolworths pubs and restaurants and Sunshine Plaza, all walking distance.  My husband, son and I stay in the 2bdrm penthouse, our son is in a wheelchair, I knew when booking that they didn't have any wheelchair friendly accessible rooms, so we brought our own portable ramp for access, which was not a problem.  lift to all levels, ground level has a wheelchair accessible shower for use.
I highly recommend the property, we will be back.

Views worth a million dollars. What an incredible stay. Location was walking distance to shops and a beautiful walking track down to cotton tree markets. Couldn’t speak higher. And the rooftop spa was an absolute treat !

Excellent weekend away at a beautiful apartment. Really friendly and accommodating staff. The room was perfect with great amenities and fully serviceable kitchen. Clean and modern, comfortable to stay in. Spectacular views in an excellent location with many options for dine out in walking distance. Gentle 10 minute was to the Maroochydore river beach. Can’t wait to go back.

Incredible Place to Stay

We recently stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment on the 6th floor. The apartments are clean and spacious with everything that you would hope to find but don't always get eg, coffee plunger, hair dryer, dishwasher, pool towels, Wi-Fi and cable TV. The beds are very comfortable and you can have queen beds in the second or third bedroom if you wish. Sitting on the verandah on a sun lounge enjoying the view was extremely relaxing. The view is spectacular. Woolworths and a chemist is across the road and many restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We tried Thai and Japanese (Ikko) and both were delicious. Bring your fishing rood and fish off the private jetty or walk 5 to 10 minutes to Cotton Tree beach and play area for smaller children. Most importantly the staff at Waves are super friendly. They even gave us cupcakes to celebrate our daughters 10th birthday. How kind and thoughtful is that? We will definitely be returning for another holiday here next year.

Absolutely fantastic

I stayed at Waves for a family birthday weekend, It was a great experience the apartments were immaculate. Breezy weather and the views of the river were amazing and The Waves is so close to shops (Sunshine Plaza) etc, (walking distance) also a lot of food options to choose from even closer to the complex.

Lovely Apartments!

This was our second stay at Waves and it was just as impressive as our first.  The whole experience is first class from the warm welcome to the stunning views of the Maroochy River and the Ocean to the tastefully and functionally designed unit (904).  Every need has been thoughtfully catered for.  A great place for a relaxing couple of days or an extended stay. Given the central location with supermarket and restaurants close by, the units are very quiet and private.

Didn't Want To Leave!

I was blown away by Waves. The staff on arrival could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. The view from our apartment (702) was sensational. The fit out and amenities provided are some of the best. Thoughtful touches, plenty of powerpoints, reading lamps, pool towels and even a full basket of pegs were great. So often overlooked in holiday accommodation. A huge fridge, ample pantry space and enough crockery, cutlery and glassware also made our stay easy. We thought it was well priced, in a great location and very spacious. Thanks. And, we’ll be back!!

Waves Maroochy River - Great holiday accommodation

Waves is fantastic. From first contact to check out was superb. The unit is set up so well with thoughtful little notes 're our Anniversary to home cooked muffins. The view over the river and out to sea is spectacular. See photo. Very central to shops and restaurants and safe parking underneath included in the price. Thank you George and staff.
