Everything about this property was wonderful. Check in was easy and Omar was very easy to work with. Francisco assisted us multiple times with getting us a taxi and waited with us until it arrived. My only complaint was regarding the restarurant/bar that was on the premises. The owner of this establishment was rude and extremely fresh. When my husband and I were waiting for our taxi, he popped his head in the bar and commented on the score of the game that was on the TV. The owner told him to get the F*** out if he wasn't ordering a drink. My husband responded that he was a guest at the condo and was just checking the score of the game. The owner proceeded to tell him that he didn't give a F*** and my husband told him that he was not a very nice man. The owner stated that he didn't give a F*** what he thought of him. Needless to say, we did not frequent the establishment and it appeared that his overall business was lacking customers the entire 10 days we were there. What a shame, because sitting by the pool it would have been nice to enjoy a snack and a cocktail. This really ruined the otherwise very positive experience of our stay at The Pearl.
