121 reviewsThe owner Lusine & her employee Diana (cook & cleaner) are both so lovely and welcoming. They will do anything to ensure your stay is a pleasant one. I stayed in two rooms during the course of my stay and both were spacious, nicely decorated, modern, well-equipped and comfortable. Cost bed and hot shower. Air-conditioning helps block some street noise and you get used to the metro passing right beneath you. Breakfast is so plentiful that you don’t need lunch. You can also access the kitchen anytime for sweets, fruit and hot drinks. They were kind enough to let me use the main fridge to keep drinks and a few perishable snacks cool. The location is ideal! You can walk everywhere you want to visit, or the metro and taxis are close.
