a disaster the hotel has no hot water to come down 14 times a night for different reasons the breakfast tea and the hard bread, hard bills of the worst personal you treat badly the juice is water with colorant no se how this is enabled.

The worst thing I've ever seen in my life.

We spent 1 night lucky: A) when we arrived we lacked toilets and amenities in the room. B) there was a lack of veil in the room. C) the hot water of the night was late to come out 15 minutes D) the bathroom curtain fell off E) the mattress of the resort was overcrowded F) swimming pool schedule from 14 to 19h G) in the morning after taking a shower, I was showered and suddenly the water was cut off. I was transferred to another room to finish my bath. H) breakfast: water with orange coloring for orange juice, bills from last week and the same with the bread. I) receptionist shift morning superduced without empathy or pity. Jamas se nos remedio apologizes despite. J) exhorbitant price to offer to me (1800 pm nightly) indignantly says that one has to enter the country and when we all do this tourism, we all have to do this tourism.

Disaster is disaster.

The hotel is well although not so modern it performs its functions, the attention is very good and the cleaning is also, it is in a very pleasant area and the people who work in the hotel are pleasant.

Normal Normal

There are no directions to find the hotel in the car, friendly staff but they don't speak English, new structure but the toilet didn't work, breakfast with little choice, the only quality is the proximity to the pool.

Good location for the beach

The hotel's facilities are normal, the walls are paper, the rooms have a balcony, you can see the sea from there.The attention is normal, every day and at all times there is a different concierge, that was rare.The breakfast is normal, if we had lunch mid-months and looked the same as breakfast, they were hard.What stands out is the balcony and the proximity to the beach.

Nothing from the other world.

We arrived late at Playa Union and we didn't find much availability, but in Punta Leon there was a room, the truth that surprised us for good! Very comfortable accommodation, comfortable mattress! EL breakfast is abundant and included in the fare. There is no parking, but you can park the car in front of the hotel.

A very good option in Playa Union!

My boyfriend and I spent the night in Punta Leon, one of the only hotels in the area. The price ratio is right: 45 euros for a room with breakfast (quite light). The sound insulation is very bad, we were close to the reception and we could hear everything that was going on there.

Nice hotel, a little noisy and light breakfast.

Every hotel in Puerto Madryn was booked over the Columbus Day  holiday So we booked this place in desperation. Other than the size of the room it wasn't bad. Room was miniscule and bathroom hard to get the door shut while you were inside it. Made us claustrophobic But maybe we are just spoiled.
The staff were very helpful and nice if a little disorganized, and if your going to Punta Tomba you will save a lot of driving rather than if you had to come from  Puerto Madryn. The area was nice enough and felt safe. Lots of gravel roads and beach houses that were closed for the season. Not very exciting but a nice beach.
The hotel restaurant was mostly closed but they would heat up some empandas for you if you were desperate. There is one pretty good mariscos restaurant down by the port and not much else. No real reason to stay in this town except for the penguins at Punta Tombo which are fabulous.
If you do stay here make sure you bring a GPS  as it took us forever to find it in the dark with our rental car. Breakfast was a lot of (in my opinion) crappy sweets and white bread and too sweet fake juice. After the holiday and the place cleared out the selections got even more scarce. Coffee was good though.
