The EOLO hotel and spa is an exceptional hotel near El Califate! It sits alone among the steppes of Argentina! The staff are exceptional!! The food is amazing and unique with its preparation and flavors. You can horseback ride or zip line or take walks or take a jeep ride high into the mountains above the hotel. Fabulous! We also visited a nearby sheep ranch and loved that too!
