So these folks take your comfort seriously. Their rooms are huge, beds are comfortable, front desk is tops, and the breakfast buffet is phenomenal. You'll also enjoy beautiful views from the higher floors. Now listen, I was with an Argentinian friend and his family so maybe he said treat the gringo good, but man was I impressed. We arrived late, late after an awesome meal at a local Brazilian grill where North Americans like me faint at the idea of eating fired meat after 11 pm at night...which is a daily thing with our friends down there. In my mind I was sure the hotel would sell our reservation if we arrived at 11:20 PM...and my Argentinian friends just kept eating and laughing. Urbano was great when we arrived just before midnight and expertly checked us in and I could not wait to hit the sack. And I did. The next time I saw anyone was in line at the breakfast buffet. This hotel is five stars all around and I encourage everyone to give it a try. They earn your money.
