We booked this hotel based on many positive reviews we had read and so glad we did. Reception staff made for a very smooth check in. The hotel is set in ‘rain forest’ surroundings and going to sleep at night to the sound of the wild life outside is pretty soothing. We ate at the hotel restaurant on 2 separate occasions and can only describe the food as outstanding, as was the wine!! Restaurant staff were friendly, attentive and efficient which made for a great experience. There was a large variety of choice at breakfast to suit all tastes. Special mention to the reception staff who was always happy to help translate messages and help with airline check ins which were all written in Spanish! Thank you for your help and patience- it was very appreciated! Anyone looking for a high quality hotel when visiting the waterfalls, I would strongly recommend staying here. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay such a memorable one!
