47 reviewsI stayed at Parlamento in January 2014 . Nice older, well-kept building. The desk clerk reminded me of an impeccable English butler not overly friendly but extremely polite and measured with his words. Since those days were so hot my main concern was the ac and it worked fine, a little louder than the minisplit at cibeles but it put me to sleep immediately. This hotel was a bargain at $320 pesos single daily and when exchanging dollars on the street came up to $ 27US daily. The room was nice; the bath had a bidet like in the old days. My flight was late afternoon and they kept my luggage at no charge at the front desk. Hotel is well located, close to everything; I will definitively stay there again.
