It's the fourth time we're going, the first time in the summer. It's all perfectly calculated, the rooms are very good, the cleanliness is excellent, the animation professors (karina) are super attentive and attentive with the children. We spent 7 days, eating almost every day there, the super rich food. But the truth is that it serves you wonderfully. I'm a fan of that place, I recommend you. The only thing I don't like a lot is the place of massages, very noisy.

If you're looking for a quiet vacation, don't go. The place is very familiar. The restaurant is very basic. The breakfast is pretty bad. The internet was bad for 2 days. And the activities we didn't like (especially the idea of leaving the kids with strangers). The inside bag had too much chlorine and was too hot (if a child decomposes from the heat). The room was fine but in the morning it got too much light, the water came out during cold and other hot times, the ice wasn't cool enough. Getting up and down the car on the ramp that leads to the entrance was a mess every time because it's very steep and super narrow.

If you are looking for a quiet vacation, no vayas.

This is the third time we stayed in Torrecillas (first time in 2005, second time in 2005 and now in November 2022) and each experience was excellent! 10 points in attention, meals, facilities and services.

A place that promises but doesn't fulfill, it's in July, the indoor swimming pool is a nice girl when the small group arrives, who does recreation and puts the rebates to the maximum, no matter if there are other psas or babies. the teachers rarely invite the kids to play but they don't play at all. I was a nine-year-old girl. The breakfast without healthy options, the yogurt they told me they didn't have. The low-quality room, the bathroom ceiling collapses, a grill in the same room, I wonder who could make a roast next to the bed. Finally, I reviewed the final liquidity, there was evidence that I hadn't signed and had to return the money.

There is no Volveria.

Excellent stay, above my expectations, very attentive staff and willing to solve any incoveniente, would certainly return, super recommended, things to improve for excellence, but are on the right track.

The rooms have a very good experience. The rooms overlook the beach and are well maintained. The animation service is excellent! Totally recommended. It includes games on the beach and in the park, a fireplace, etc. along with two assistants. The hotel has a direct exit to the beach. At the time we left there were no facilities on the beach (shade, etc.). The mall is located about 4 blocks away. Things to improve: Wifi without a doubt. Very poor operation during the entire stay. At breakfast I would add some basic issues (yogurt, cereals). The attention of the staff of the cafe and the animation is excellent. The station is scarce. In our case we had to park at the bottom of the hotel which had access to a picnic area with the kids and the accommodation of the hotel.
