Hotel Arvi is not the most luxurious of hotel or restaurants.  In fact, the rooms need upgrading.  The dining is ok not exception.  What made Hotel Arvi exception was Miri.  We first met him as the Receptionists upon arriving from abroad.  He was a smiling man who offered us an upgraded room and plenty of support when we needed it.  We later ran into him as he doubled his duties as a waiter.  We even ran into him at the nearby grocery store.  He was also nice to us, smiling and joking.  He truly made our stay.  The rest of the staff were not as inviting.  No one smiled like Miri.  No one really cared except Miri. If I ever returned to Durres, I would stay at the Hotel Arvi only if Miri was there.  Bravo to you sir.  You are exceptional is your hosting, service and being a friendly person to know.

My family and I spent 4 nights at the hotel. Our room was spacious, the view from the balcony was amazing, and the breakfast buffet every morning  was fantastic. Anyone with kids will find that a godsend. With plenty of options for kids and adults you don’t have to worry, you can relax and enjoy your morning, leisurely.

The highlights for us were the dinners though. The meals were flavorful and highlighted the local seafood cuisine. 

All aspects of the stay were 5/5 for us. Would easily go again.

Home away from home

Friendly service and spacious rooms with a large bathroom and well-equipped minibar. Nice terrace overlooking the sea. There are also a number of good restaurants near the hotel. Although located on the busy road along the coast, the rooms are very quiet.

Good hotel in good condition

The 4-star hotel is 150 metres from the Durres Amphitheater and the Venice Tower, and 300 metres from the city's beautiful Archaeological Museum. In addition, there is steep access to the beaches, and numerous restaurants on the waterfront. A variety of breakfasts. A magnificent porch where you can sit with a cup of coffee or an orange syringe in the evening. Daily cleaning in the rooms. And staff. Always ready to come to your aid, give you an explanatory advice on how to get to Tirana, where it's best to rent a car in the middle of the season.

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel near the beach! Very clean and cozy, large rooms! Responsive staff, ready to serve and solve any problem. Breakfast is simple but quite decent. On the beachfront is a place for evening walks throughout the city.

Professionalism, staff availability, cleanliness and excellent location, good breakfast and a sense of overall safety, all right.

Clean and in good condition

The sea-front hotel is modern and has friendly staff. Breakfast is really nice with fresh orange juice. The only problem we had, was the noise from  a bar around the corner, that sounded like a discotheque - not very good if you look for sleep. But it was just one night.

centrally located hotel

Hotel of quality. Well maintained, clean, with excellent service and always available. Good breakfast and good restaurant open anytime. Parking not very large, but managed by staff so that you can accommodate a good number of cars. Rooms with wonderful sea views. One drawback: no safe in the rooms. A reference for travel to Durazzo.

Professionalism and Kindness

There's no beach, it's a 5-minute walk from the city, umbrellas and bedding are free, there's no towel, breakfast is the same, but you can get plenty of food, bedding is changed every day, and bedding hasn't been changed in 10 days.

The Balkan trip

The hotel is close to the centre - sightseeing is within 15 to 20 minutes walking distance. Opposite the hotel is the waterfront promenade - a wide street separates the hotel from the promenade. The room was clean, well equipped - free WiFi - there was nothing missing and it had sea views. From the street there was hardly anything to hear - slept very well. The breakfast offered a good choice - was very good. The staff at the hotel were friendly.
