The hotel has its own small fenced area, a place inside the hotel to park 3 of 4 cars, a couple of shelves and tables on the area before the entrance to the dining room. The hotel is wooden, and the scripts at the top of the stairs (there are no stairs up to this 3rd floor so you can melt with suitcases on the 3rd floor on the boardwalk), the interior of the hotel is paved with corridors and in the room, the corridors are open and the doors are closed. In the hotel we got a couple of shelves and tables in the area before the entrance to the dining room.

We liked it.

Four days after I returned from Abkhazia. The local population called their republic the Country of the Soul. A little bit in order. We were a little late at the border, because of the lack of knowledge of the time difference between crossing the border and being proud of it. I wouldn't want to, I just can't help but describe my impressions from this trip. I'll start with the fact that my friends just made me go there with them. I didn't want to go, I was just afraid.

We were in Abkhazia for the first time, very happy to be in this hotel. Excellent price-quality ratio. Great location, 5 minutes walk to the sea, market is also nearby. Very responsive and friendly staff.

Unforgettable

A nice clean hotel, cozy rooms. There is a market, several shops, a city park, a beach. There are excellent cafes next to a delicious hatchapur!!

A great place to relax

Nice, cozy place, but no excesses and some chic. Nice and responsive staff, humble and warm for January rooms. Especially pleasant were the welcome mandarins and hot tea, as well as wine from the winery of the owner.

It's comfortable, but not fancy.

We went to Abkhazia for the first time in the second half of September 2015. We liked it very much. We settled right after arrival. The staff were polite, the rooms were cleaned daily, in the dining room. The food was fine, thanks to the cooks. The sanitary unit started to run a crane, moved to another room without problems. We were in our car, parking in the yard, there is video surveillance. We went to Pitsund, New Afons, to Lake Ritsu. Nature was very impressive. We visited the gray water fountain in Primorsky. The border bar was without problems. The beach is clean, sandy-galed, the beaches are free, there is a cafe, the beaches are free.
