Villa Primoskoe Hotel is located in the village of Primorskoye, 3 km from the town of New Athos and 5 km from the town of Gudauta. The hotel is located directly on the beach, the distance to the sea is about 50 m. On the beach, there is a shaded area, sun loungers, a shower, and a changing room free of charge for hotel guests. The beach is pebbly, with pebbles and sand in the sea. There are several food outlets and shops in the immediate vicinity. By taxi, minibus or your own car, you can get to New Athos with its many attractions: New Athos Cave, New Athos Monastery, Anakopia Fortress.
