We enjoyed our stay. Located 10 minute walk from the Church means it provides very good value compared to the central hotels.
Everything was good, breakfast, room, bathroom etc.
Very good value for money.

When we arrived to this hotel, we were bit worried about the cleaningness of the premises as there were some dead flies around the windows and everything looked a bit... well not a great quality. But I have to say we were very pleased with our stay and the hotel is actually kept very clean. 
We arrived midday and were able to check in sooner with no additional cost which was amazing! We got a room on 3rd floor which was overlooking the main road. This was our other worry as the windows didn't seem to protect against any noise! But again we were pleasantly surprised as the road went totally quiet after 11pm and we slept like an infants till 7 am! The beds are so comfortable with heated blankets. :)
The staff is very friendly and really helpful. The breakfast was amazing also with us being able to choose from the menu. It seemed like this hotel is mostly used by Vietnamese tourists really but we met few foreigners as well. 
To sum it up, if you are looking for a cheap but clean accommodation with a good location and want to experience a bit of an adventure, I can definitely recommend this hotel for you. Just dont let the first impression scare you away and keep in mind it's a 2 star. 


The room was very good, hot water in the shower, very clean.
The highlight of the place was the stuff - they let us make a dinner for 3 people, in the end we were 15 and they said nothing and tried to help..
We did late check out and they didn't charge us for this.
Highly recommend on this place!!!

The staff/owner are very friendly, and helpful. Location is great as well, just only 750m to the Stone Church, easy to find Everything around this area. Strong wifi, delicious breakfast. The room is not really new but everything is clean and confortable. This establishment is excellent in term of ratio between Price and Quality. Recommend to everyone who wanna travel to Sapa some days.

Friendly Owner, Large Rooms, Good Value

Amazing place and people!

We chose this hotel because of the high reviews in Booking.com, but were so disappointed. 
The staff was very really nice, and the rooms big, that was about it.  

The whole hotel is built in a way that all the sound moves up. We have been travelling in Asia for more than 8 months now so this is quite common, but this was by far the worst we had. We didn't sleep at all from all the noise, we heard all the talks form the staff and people downstairs, from the ground floor all the way to the third floor in our room. 
And then the building literally next door started at 5.30am with banging. 
The rooms were dirty, the corridor was dirty. The worst was the plastic bathmat, which was almost black with dirt. 
The beds were hard but this is often the case in Vietnam. 
The "mountain view" rooms were a joke, since they are now building a hotel next door, and the wall was about 20cm from the window. Which meant we couldn't open the window for air without getting a lot of building dust. 

We were planning to stay a few days, we left the first morning.
