Chuckling S

Staff are without a doubt the heart of the hotel. Every person we met was professional, obliging, extremely pleasant & carrying out their jobs with a smile & happy demeanor. Our apartment was really clean, nicely furnished & great for our little dog. My massages were incredibly soothing & relaxing - thank you Ara. One suggestion would be to look at the coffee/ tea situation at breakfast - only having one machine seemed to be causing a bit of a wait...not a major issue though. This is our 3rd stay & we will definitely be back. Happy to recommend - you will not be disappointed. Kind regards Carole
