Good visit ,warm welcome helhful staff ,food was excellent would stay again

Staff were fantastic from checking in to servicing the room and our needs. Nothing was any trouble. Restaurant staff were amazing along with all the chefs.Food was amazing cannot fault any meal we had. Nice garden area to sit outsideThe only thing to mention is outside our hotel room door (room 5 first floor) there must be a generator as every morning from 7am onwards. Along with the sound it also caused vibrations on our door. So if you are a light sleeper bear this in mind. We were there 3 nights and got used to so this did not cause to much bother. Will definitely return

Staff are so friendly breakfast was lovely rooms clean had everything you could need, just back from my 3rd stay and couldn’t fault it I would like to say on behalf of my father and myself a big thank you to the staff.Anna Colhoun and Brian Rees

The staff were excellent and so accommodating, they made us feel very welcome every morning could not fault anything, food was amazing and out of this world definitely give it a 10/10

Great overnight stay with husband and best friends. Clean comfortable en-suite  room, small but adequate space. Friendly helpful attentive staff, excellent food and service for evening meal and breakfast. Residents able to utilise well kept garden as part of stay. Lovely beaches within easy driving distance, so this is a good base. Overall, relaxing experience which is all we wanted.

Little gem

A pleasant stay and staff were friendly, especially our waitress at breakfast. Nice to have a freshly cooked breakfast. It was quiet - as they're now a restaurant only not a pub - which meant no noisy late night customers. Handy for the Gower - just half an hour away. Spacious room and nice hot shower. Evening food was pretty good on the whole.Only niggles - TV only possible to get a few channels due to poor quality signal - staff said they thought due to the building work so may not always be a problem. In a way was good as meant the kids watched some educational TV on BBC rather than the usual rubbish:). And the soap and shampoo dispensers didn't work in the showers. We did mention both these problems to the staff but neither problem was fixed and no-one came back to us about it. Also kid's menu pizza is not a pizza - just bread with tomato sauce and cheese on so suggest avoid.  Not big problems in grand scheme of things though and  was a very good stay - would give 4.5 if I could - not quite a 5 for me but I definitely think it has the potential to be and would certainly stay there again. Thankyou.

From the moment we arrived, felt welcomed and cared  for by the lovely team at The Fountain Inn.Our room was spotless and comfortable.We decided to have dinner the first night and the food was so delicious we eat in the restaurant the next night.Loved reading about the history of the inn and seeing the photos displayed in the hallways.Thanks to the staff for making us feel safe during Covid times.
