Kind, professional, excellent breakfast, quiet room - all you could wish for. Well lite car park. Clean, really set us up for the day. Polite reception, courteous staff, .............We will be back!................................

Had a two night stay here with my family and it was perfect. Rooms a good size and staff very friendly.
Diane who was on breakfast duty was very good and breakfasts were great with a big selection.
Will defo. be going back as price was value for money.

Lovely stay. Very friendly helpful staff. Bus right outside to city centre, lots of shops close by. The breakfast was so nice, and very good value for money, Diane one of the staff was so accommodating. Very clean, comfortable room, quiet at night, so a good sleep. Great weekend for family gathering. Will return

Wonderful team 
Julie and Diane in particular were very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Tasty, quick breakfast with all the trimmings and as much coffee as you can handle. 
Comfy beds. Good spot right next to a carvery, and although I am veggie I found something delicious to eat

Quiet location. Really comfortable beds and pillows. The staff were amazing. We were there for a funeral, we needed an iron & ironing board Sue made sure we got one. I forgot my earrings and Diane bless her went the extra mile and turned up outside my room door with some. Diane was there every breakfast time whilst we were there. She was so professional and extremely helpful. Highly recommend the breakfast cooked fresh to order and served with a smile from Diane .

Great service, check-in staff were very friendly. Special shout out to Diane at breakfast for being so helpful and chatty at such an early time of the morning! So welcoming, just like having your own aunt there. Milly in the kitchen did a great job also.

Superb stay, very comfortable bed, bathroom was spotless and main bedroom was glare.

Can’t believe the cheap rates to stay there and Reception (Julie) was extremely helpful, especially with the parking.

Fantastic  breakfast, team was extremely helpful, very well cooked Millie and Dianne was brilliant, Premier Inn are lucky to have these staff.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff and service was excellent. Aunty Diane and Julie were particularly accommodating and very friendly. The newly refurbished rooms are clean and comfortable. We are looking forward to revisiting the Premier Inn soon.

On arrival, we had a friendly welcome from staff. We were visiting for a Rugby tournament nearby. The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed including extra towels, so we didn’t have to ask.

Breakfast is individually cooked breakfast and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.   

Every, every time we came to you and left the hotel, we were greeted by a friendly smile and a hello from the super reception staff. Thank you so much.

Fantastic nights stay and will come again.

Lovely staff

The hotel was clean . Not having a lift is a shame, keep that in mind when booking. The breakfast service was very good. It is not a buffet like normal hotels. It was fresh and Millie, Marie and Diane treated me and my big family well and even took the time to make conversation with us to make us feel welcome. It was a very busy breakfast service for them but they did very well and I have no complaints.

Good Experience with Family.

Stayed here for a week for family reasons didn't expect much being budget hotel but we were so surprised at the overall service we had, yes you can have problems with other guests being abit rowdy but we found when we brought this up to the gent on reception he seemed to resolve it guessing he must of spoken to said guests. all staff were friendly whenever you passed them and breakfast was fantastic even though there was obviously different chefs and waitresses,as a guest you would never know,food was fresh and cooked great  no buffet and waitresses were so friendly. family events,concerts if in Birmingham we will definitely book here again.

A warm welcome, comfortable beds and our breakfast experience is great.
A special mention to Di the nicest friendliest waitress we have ever met, nothing too much trouble, also Milly the breakfast chef amazing quality food nicely presented, and a quick mention to Julie on reception.
Our family will definitely be returning to this friendly hotel 🙂

Fabulous premier Inn

We stayed here for two nights recently with family and friends, sadly for a funeral, and would highly recommend it.   The rooms are what you can expect from a Premier Inn - clean and comfortable - but the hotel is small (only 52 rooms) and it feels like a family run business.   The staff are friendly and helpful - particular thanks to Steve who went out of his way to find us a local restaurant and call ahead to make sure they could accommodate us, and to Sarah, Poy and Diane who looked after us so well at breakfast.    The Toby Inn next door is great too.    We found the food a little hit and miss, but the staff are cheerful and friendly and the service is good.
