Nidd Hall

We need to escape for a weekend to face a rather week that was approaching so we chose Nidd Hall. We had a great room, very clean, lovely bed, and a range of toiletries and offerings. The food at the Brasserie and Rawsons Restaurant was exceptional and the activities on offer over the weekend were varied expertly offered. Evening entertainment was delivered with enthusiasm and the Elvis Tribute Act was a brilliant night of entertainment. However, it was the staff team at Nidd Hall who made the weekend special. It is hard to differentiate between them however I must mention Shaun Jones Sales Manager who was in charge over the weekend and went above and beyond our expectations in every respect. Sally in the catering team looked after us so well during our afternoon tea and Mahdi in the Brasserie was exceptional in his organisation and the genuine care offered during our stay. The Theatre Manageress - Dana? - forgive me getting the name wrong sourced a wonderful table for us, for each night, but as already stated every team member we encountered had a smile on their face. We will be returning to Nidd Hall and the Warner Brothers Hotel Group should be proud of how this hotel operates on every level. Exceptional!
