Had a lovely two night stay here. Check in was easy staff were very welcoming. Room was clean, beds where very comfortable temperature was very consistent. tea & coffee facilities available top up from reception available too. Very easy to find from postcode. Free parking was available just had to enter your registration at reception. Would definitely stay again when visiting relatives in Plymouth. We didn't try the breakfast box so unable to comment.

Great stay at Travelodge Plymouth Derriford - within a nice building. The arrangements - all straightforward. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The room allocated was very pleasant.

Lovely refurbished hotel. Very clean. Lovely friendly staff. Ideal location as we had traveled up from Birmingham to visit our sister in derriford hospital. Nextdoor to jack rabbit pub.we have stayed in plenty of travelodges but none as nice as this

Clean, tidy, quiet, no fuss, efficient check-in and out, comfortable bed and convenient location 3 miles from the city centre. The price was reasonable in today's climate (price wise). If you need an evening meal, the Jack Rabbit Public House next door, is of a good standard. I can recommend this Travelodge.

Initially arrived with my husband and then I stayed an additional 2 nights whilst he had an operation at the nearby Nuffield Hospital. The hospital is within walking distance and only a few minutes drive away from both Nuffield and Derriford Hospital. 

We both found the hotel welcoming. Rooms very comfortable and clean and the bed very comfortable. For me the staff working reception were extremely helpful and supportive throughout my stay particularly helping me to extend my stay and connecting with wi fi and it was clear that communication between them was very good in terms of looking after the customer as my needs were supported. In additional I found the Housekeeping team friendly and supportive. All the staff were professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and supportive.

The Jack Rabbit Pub Restaurant on site is equally welcoming with excellent food.

We needed to be near the hospital and have flexible accommodation.  This Travel Lodge was perfect for our needs

Staff were friendly upon arrival and throughout stay. Rooms and corridors were clean. Easy to get to and no issues with the parking. Close to hospital, University, shops and fast food establishments. Not too far if you want a trip to Plymouth City centre   A good night's sleep was had by all.

Erdal, the manager, was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure my stay at the hotel is smooth and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for him, would recommend!

Inexpensive, comfortable, clean rooms, free parking, and excellent, friendly staff, particularly the evening reception person who, despite it being nearly 11pm, went out of his way to be friendly and helpful.  The only tiny thing I would change is have some sockets at the bedside for phone charging etc.  Highly recommended.

One night stay, but very good experience,  receptionist  helped  when my TV wasn't working , came immediately  and swapped TV.  Problem solved.

The location is superb, right by the hospital which is what we needed. 

The room was big with a very comfy bed and extra pillows.  There were plenty of large towels which is always great! We requested  travel cot which was up ready for us (it was incredibly hard though so we had to soften it with blankets so our baby could sleep). The bathroom was clean and shower was great. Only issue was the heat in the room. 20-24 degrees at all times and the window only opened a crack. There was very little noise. We’d return if needing to visit the hospital for sure.

The room was spotless and warm. The bathroom was very clean. We have stayed  before at this hotel and always found the staff very polite and friendly on the rare occasion we have needed help. The bed is extremely comfortable and there are plenty of pillows.
This hotel is very good value for money and in a very good location.

Highly recommended

I stayed at Derriford Travel Lodge for 2 nights to be close to family. I have scored 4, not because it wasn't comfortable or clean but because this hotel is very dated and needs decorating. They have a breakfast box you can purchase, I didn't and there wasn't any info apart from in the lift and nowhere close by to buy breakfast. 
Overall though it was OK. 

Short stay

Clean, pleasant and within walking distance of Derriford Hospital and Jack Rabbit pub/restaurant for eating out.
