Great stay for a night before the rowing championship, hotel about 23 minute drive from our rowing venue

Usually stay at the hotel in ruddington for visiting family. On this occasion it was fully booked. However, I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, very helpful staff and I would stay again. Thank you

Easy to spot location wise. Staff were nice and friendly. And the room were clean and cosy. No real issues to had. Granted, I did not have breakfast so I can't state how good the breakfast was but the hotel is conjoined with a pub which I did not visit either so I can't review that. The internet dipped on me a few times but that's normal. No real complaints, really. You get what you pay for. 

Our three-night stay at the Premier Inn Nottingham West hotel was just perfect in eveerry way.  We loved the tram service from the nearby Phoenix Park station which took us straight to the centre of Nottingham.  We had quality time with our grandson,over the weekend, and it was good to fall into a comfortable bed at the end of each day for a good night's sleep.  Then we enjoyed an excellent full English breakfast in the morning at the adjacent Beefeater restaurant.  Brilliant!

Lewis and all the staff are amazing very clean rooms friendly desk staff and breakfast eas good in the morning. We asked for our rooms to be made up and they did so adding a personalised note and  a milk tray. Will stay again next time we are in nottingham 

Stayed here as it was close to transport links for a uni open day. Room was clean and plenty of space. Staff all friendly. had a note left in our room with some hot chocolates which was really nice as it was raining outside.

All in all a great stay. thank you to Mandy and Amy for the Hot chocolates.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I have found all the staff very friendly my waitress Jenny that I had the pleasure to have met on all the time I stayed. She is a Ray of light that shines though the restaurant setting you up for your day..

The hotel was warm, clean, comfortable, the staff were kind, helpful and knowledgeable 
A wonderful stay, close to our event, considering the weather circumstances, deep snow, it was lovely to receive such a warm welcome from the receptionist 

Amazing stay, clean and easy check in . Told quickest ways round to get to the room. And they were very friendly. Nice lovely clean room too. Felt safe and relaxed here. Provided soaps and towels. Really Recommend 

Great hotel treated my girlfriend to a night away fantastic stay and a glass of prosecco in arrival  reception team were lovely shower fantastic  had a room in the small building was quiet and a great night thankyou all

An Enjoyable Weekend Visiting Our Grandson At University

Convenient and friendly 

Perfect location for the tram and access into the town centre.  We attended Micky Flanagan at the motorpoint arena (excellent) and caught the tram,  very simple and efficient.  The hotel is big and we stayed in the newer part, the room was spacious, clean, lovely big shower and very quiet.  It is a bit of a maze trying to get back to reception but we then realised we could access our room from another entrance.  We had breakfast which was good but not the best I've had in a premier inn, coffee machine is very slow and there was always a queue but on the whole it was fine.

Plenty of parking and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only negative I would say is that we arrived 30 minutes before check in, on the offchance our room was ready we did ask but were told it would be £10 charge for an early check in - new thing since May apparently - no biggie, we nipped to the shop but other than that I would stay here again as it was a lovely big room and clean.

Clean, spacious and handy !

A pleasant stay overall although room for improvement on hotel price, breakfast price and overall service. Tap water should be provided and room was too hot with no control to reduce heat during the nights where sleep becomes sticky. Window opens slightly. Shower facilities was great and lavatory was clean and tidy. Bed covers could have been stains free.

Lovely, helpful reception staff. Lots of free parking, standard premier inn. Beds comfy, rooms do need a lock of paint and maybe fresh carpets in some rooms. Nothing major. Shower powerful, beefeater next door. Right near team if looking for somewhere on the outskirts with easy access to city centre.
