What can I say about this hotel? From when you reach the entrance, you are greeted by warm smiles and welcoming people! We booked online via wowcher and it offered us a room at a great price but only that.. we also had a free bottle of prosecco on our arrival. Not only that, as we approached the desk we explained that my wife and I will be celebrating our wedding anniversary.. this is when things changed.. Brogan the lady behind the desk upgraded our room and also gave us a later check-out! The Leonardo Hotel is a very nice hotel, the rooms were clean, the staff were nice and friendly and the bar area was nice and quiet too. Oh and the room we were in had an ironing board and iron in there too which was awesome! (it's the little things! lol) It is located about 5-10mins walk from the main train station and about 10-15mins walk from the victoria shopping centre. We will definitely be back to visit! 10/10!
