The Horse & Groom Inn

We booked for a weekday night and enjoyed a very quiet and peaceful stay. The staff were incredibly kind and made everything clear from the moment we arrived.Upon entering our room, we were instantly impressed by the clean, spacious, and beautifully presented accommodation. It featured a large bathroom, a big TV, a kettle, a fridge, and a very comfortable bed. We even had a stunning view from our large open window overlooking the front car park (a lovely car park!).Breakfast was included the next morning and it was absolutely delicious. The team was very accommodating of my wife's dietary requirements, reassuring us about the gluten-free options and putting us completely at ease.The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming, greeting us with calmness and big smiles.A big thank you to the pub manager for all her help.We highly recommend this spot for a relaxing night away or a few days’ holiday. We’ll absolutely be booking another visit soon!
