Perfect as usual. Very welcoming when checking in. Perfect bed and pillows. Slept all night after a fantastic evening in Lancaster ( 10 mins away in a taxi at at £7) No need to pay much higher prices in the centre. Highly recommend, will be visiting again.

We had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Lancaster! Huge thanks to Bill for helping us out with an extra night at the last minute and upgrading us to a Premier Room. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we felt really welcome thanks to the friendly staff and great atmosphere. Perfect location for exploring Lancaster too. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely stay here again.

I stopped at this hotel the other day. On checking in were were told that the lift was broken which was no problem as we were able to handle the stairs ( the lift was fixed very shortly after we arrived) and asked if we could handle the stairs. I said we could but he could carry our bag up (I was joking) to our room. However, Bill the receptionist even though he was told I was joking would not let my wife carry her bags to the room. He was a proper old fashioned gentleman.  It is a pity there are not more like around he could not do enough for us.

Me and my husband went on a lovely trip here we came across a nice  lady named Jodie .  she helped us find  our room and helped us with our bags as at our age we struggled . what an asset she is. breakfast was delightful thank so much premier Inn . Brilliant !

Excellent staff, rooms nice , clean and warm. Park & ride 5 min walk away. Pub next door serves breakfast and evening meals. Vending machine in lobby for drinks and snacks. 
My son was in hospital and the staff went out of their way to help.

Lovely stay, Premier inn is always a great standard - Jodie and Sue on the front desk did me a massive favour, and were able to check me into my room over an hour before I could, which was really nice of them.

Upon arrival, we were greeted in a nice polite manner.  
The room was clean and the pillows where the fluffiest I have ever felt. 
I asked the receptionist, Vairi, if she could book us a taxi, and she was kind enough to do it for us.



We stayed at the Lancaster Premier Inn on our way to join a cruise from Liverpool. We had a comfortable night's sleep in a quiet room next to a busy main road but the soundproofing was outstanding it was only when we opened the window in the morning we realised how good it was.All the staff were friendly and efficient and resolved a problem with the heating in minutes. We also took the meal deal for dinner and breakfast at the attached Brewers Fayre and it exceeded all expectations and staff were outstanding.


Excellent service from reception, rooms absolutely spotless 10/10 for the cleaners. Good location to local town. Plenty of selection for food at the joining restaurant who also have friendly staff. Could not recommend more

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service - Thank You, Bill!

An old fashioned gentle man

A comfortable night's sleep and great mealss

I have been staying at the Premier Inn for the past two months (due to flooding).  As you can imagine this is not great for well-being - no one would choose to live at a 'motel' for weeks on end - especially one that provides simply board and lodging.  It has not been easy and continues to be stressful - however I have to report that the staff at the Premier could not have been kinder.  If they are able to help with any of my requests they have helped - both those working at reception (day and night) and those that clean my room.  All very professional.  If you need to break a journey in Lancaster and you need somewhere to stay that is warm, comfortable and friendly I would not hesitate to recommend staying at the Premier.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel, which came to my rescue in the early hours of Friday morning as I was discharged from the A&E following a RTA. Firstly when I phoned from the A&E at 3:30am to check if rooms were available, the phone was answered on the 2nd ring (that alone was a huge relief!), and the guy who answered reassured me there were rooms available. So I had a place to try and sleep for what remained of the morning. My husband drove all the way up from MK to collect me later that morning and the manageress and reception staff were so concerned, caring and kindly bless them, it actually made me cry! They reassured me that there was no rush to check out if I needed a little more rest and got a breakfast voucher sorted for me too. I realised I'd not eaten for about 24 hours and was feeling a bit weak and shaky, so was very grateful for that thoughtfulness. I was (and still am) in quite a bit of pain and shaken from the accident so will never forget the the kindness shown by the wonderful staff at this hotel. Thank you all so much - and I will absolutely be back to stay again, in hopefully much happier circumstances!

The kindest staff ever at the Lanctaser Premier Inn!

Perfectly situated next to the M6, junction 34. A perfect place to stay over before a day out in the lakes. After a long drive I was happy to know that tere is a pub next door, so easy to grab a meal and a much needed pint. The staff member Mhairi, was very helpfull and gave me some good information and talked about some nice walks to visit in the lakes. I found this was very nice and pleasant to engage with the staff... I thought I would be cheeky and ask for extra milk, as I like my coffee milky and she did not hesitate in offering more milk or a few more extra coffee sachets. Very kind and helpful staff.
