Clean comfy stay. Only bad point is my room had been freshly painted and the smell of paint is still very overwhelming (room 10 main building) desk reception was very pleasant and warming - 2 young ladies with excellent professionalism -Esther & inga thankyou for the warm welcome

Stayed here to visit family. Excellent staff, super helpful and friendly. Everywhere was immaculately clean. Bed was super comfy, room had huge tv with smart connection. It is near a busy road, so some traffic. Ear plugs sorted that, and worth it for the quick and easy connections. Wifi is slow (even on the upgraded 'faster' wifi) but could still manage downloads and get some work done. Premier Inn head office should sort the wifi issue. Overall, a superb stay and we'll be coming here again.

Had a really great stay at this premier Inn, all the facilities you could need with good food and comfortable rooms. Reception staff were really helpful and welcoming especially Inga. Thank you for a wonderful short stay and would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay if you’re visiting Santa Pod, Silverstone, Drayton Manor, we’ve even stayed here midway between our trip up to Alton Towers.  Lovely staff. Clean bedrooms and the usual comfy beds. The fan in the room is a nice idea for the hotter months. Love that you can help yourself to more tea and milk in the reception.
We did a meal deal which includes dinner, drink and breakfast next morning. Good value, food was excellent at dinner and was served quickly. 
Breakfast next morning was so much better than our local Premier Inn. Hot food available on the buffet (in our local we have to order everything except toast and you can never time cooking your toast to match when the food comes out so your food usually ends up getting cold!).  Fresh croissants, pastries, crumpets, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, something for everyone. 
Highly recommended.

The hotel is so convenient for the A14, and offers excellent value for money, with the Telford Lodge on site providing the answer for where to eat.
The room was clean and comfortable, check in and out was so easy, and the staff were very cheerful.
We will stay there next time we are passing.

I am currently staying in this wonderful hotel for at least 1 week and I can not fault anything especially the staff! After a recent traumatic ordeal I have been made to feel super safe and the staff members specifically INGA, Louise and Liam who have catered to my every need! They deserve a reward for tolerating me and their patience and service has been amazing. No judgement and given me this chance to rebuild my confidence and offer me a safe space where I feel safe. I refused housekeeping as I like to keep myself busy and when I changed my bed Inga kindly got me pillowcases. Louise is a darling too and arranged with market harborough premier inn to hold my stuff I left there in the store cupboard which is a relief given I left Hospital in Leicester to come straight to Kettering hotel before I could collect my belongings (couple of outfits etc) which is all I own at present due to circumstances beyond imagining

From beginning of my stay to end I had a very good time,reception staff very friendly,welcoming and helpful. Bed was comfortable and location perfect for what I needed . Staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and the place was clean. Also the room was quiet

At a glance I would like to say the hospitality of Kettering Premier Inn is outstanding. Hotel Manager Sarin and her team provided me excellent service.
The room clean and good conditions. The room rent was also reasonable.  Housekeeping team provided theit best services.

A forced visit here due to hospital procedure, but such a convenient position for all Kettering hospitals. Access not too straightforward mainly due to very busy road but hotel easy to see from road. Staff here are excellent and extremely helpful. Restaurant attached basic but good.

What can I say that hasn't already been said about Premier Inn?
Spacious rooms with comfy beds....Although NOT as comfy as they used to be for some reason?!
Like any chain,some are a little better than others,a little fresher,or a little more modern....This one is pretty much in the middle,not the most modern,but definitely not the 'tired' end of the scale.

1 plug socket by the bed,but a few on the side by the kettle
Room 1 is pretty much directly behind the reception area,so there was quite a bit of door opening/closing action going on,and this was around 1am,so be aware of that when booking,but all things said and done,a decent room.
I travel quite a bit for my work,so a lot of the time I'm literally just checking in around midnight, and leaving again in the morning,so didn't really have chance to get a feel for the room,if I was staying in there all day,but great for what I needed.
Keep being you Premier Inn,and please don't ever change.

I stayed over the Christmas period and overall the stay was great. Bed was Uber comfortable bearing in mind I have back related disabilities. Unfortunately there was no lift however. My only concern was it appeared somebody came into my room from staff while I was sleeping during one of the days, after cleaning. There's no question if any theft as they were talking to a cleaner but it was very unnerving.

Breakfast was great and I stayed an extra day, although this had a small amount of hassle in having to re check in when ideally the stay should have just extended.

A Good Stay But Why Was Someone In My Room?

Premier Inn was absolutely as expected, no issues.
However, the restaurant service was terrible. So slow and missing items from main and dessert. Had to ask more than once, eventually asked for refund. Booked early because of children (6pm) and we only left at 8.30pm. Staff stressed and seemed to be understaffed. 
Breakfast was fine but items ran out quickly and took a while to replenish.
