Another great stay at a Premier inn. We stayed here for 1 night as a half way break on our trip to Cornwall. Clean, comfortable room and a great full breakfast!. Tasty food provided by the team. Thank you Craig, Amelia and Chloe, hard working friendly staff. We will be making a return visit.

Me and my wonderful sister stayed at this hotel for two nights 
The staff were very pleasant to us and gave 100% service 
The breakfast was lovely, with many options 
My sister has allergies the staff were very attentive to my sisters needs 
As all her plates and cutlery was washed and handed to her separately

What a lovely stay at a bargain rate. Rooms spacious, well ventilated, quiet and beds comfortable. Set up well for a family of 5. Incredibly good receptionist (Rosi) who was extremely helpful and accommodating of our needs and breakfast was outstanding and well cooked by chef (Adam) and well managed. All cleaning and waiting staff (Max and Shaye names I received) super friendly and happy. I don’t know who manages the hotel but we are very impressed with how things are run. I usually leave a hotel feeling tired and slightly disappointed but I left feeling rested and well fed. Bravo!

Stayed here for Cheltenham Festival two years in a row now and the standard of the hotel for a Premier Inn is great. Rooms clean and friendly, polite staff. Further than you would think from Cheltenham Town Centre, but no detriment to the hotel, who are helpful in assisting with taxis.

I have family events now and then in Gloucester will use this as my regular hotel to stay in now. The service was good the price was the best very reasonable and I had a very good sleep as the bed was to my liking 

When we arrived at the hotel - we were unsure if we need breakfast due to start times of the event we were going to - as such the receptionist offered us a booking of the table however  - did not take any money and was happy to arrange for payment later when we found out if we could go or not  - we did go and were treated to a very nice cooked breakfast  and my 3 children ate for free 

Enjoyed a good night here. Friendly helpful staff.  Great location. Comfy bed. Luckily other guests all very quiet so enjoyed a good nights sleep. Breakfast next morning was fine. Overall excellent value for money

We spent 3nights  at barn wood premier inn, visiting family in Gloucester , the staff were very welcoming and cheerful.breakfast was excellent each day . Rosie was on on duty on our first visit to breakfast. We were very impressed with her hygiene standards..Rooms were cleaned to a high standard and all staff were very helpful and accommodating.we will definitely stay there again on our next family visit.

First visit to this Premier and pleasantly surprised  by the friendliness and cleanliness.

Thank you Premier Inn! This is a brilliant Premier Inn, perfectly located by the M5, the Wheatstone Inn (lovely meal) and 10 pin bowling alley. Rooms are always clean and comfy and quiet (we come every year) but what really stood out this visit was breakfast! It was busy and yet the buffet was constantly stocked up and tidied, tables cleared, and the chef doing a cracking job at keeping the cooked options hot and fresh. Huge Thankyou to all the team.

My stay at Gloucester premiere inn.

The best Premier Inn stay we’ve stayed in!

extremely helpful

We had stayed here previously visiting family in the area so stayed here again for a funeral which was only minutes away from here.
Checked in by Debz and also had friendly chat with her.  Room facing the road was clean and fresh.  As a previous poster said only 2 teabags and coffee sachets but asked for more at reception and was gladly  given them.  Slept well although found heat in room hard to regulate as found it too hot but possibly personal taste.
Breakfast now in large room off reception.  Went for  the continental breakfast and able to help yourself.  Found bread items to be lacking and the sliced bread for toast at front was rock hard and the butter next to toaster runny.  Apart from this was happy with the offerings.
Would stay again if in the area.

Second stay

I enjoyed a comfortable stay. 
 We just needed a room for four nights to stay near family. 
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. 
Heating system wasn't easy to use and room (January) was chilly on arrival. Soon warmed up and all was cosy. Thanks premier inn for a comfy stay.
