My Wife booked this B&B for our 29th Anniversary and we weren't disappointed, on arrival we were greeted straight away and shown to our room, the room was nice and very spacious with all the mod cons included. We were also given a good choice for breakfast in which we ticked our choices to take down and leave in the breakfast room before we retired on the evening.
The Couple who run the B&B were great and were very pleasant to talk too. If we stay in Robin Hood's Bay again we will definitely stay at this location again. 

Stayed here over the Easter weekend. Lovely place, very clean room, great breakfast. The owners very friendly and welcoming.  The house is in a very peaceful position but handy for the village, pubs, walking routes etc. I would recommend. Also good price. Parking is available which is a bonus at Robin Hoods Bay.

Went and stopped here between Xmas and the newyear we read the reviews before we booked and thought sounds like a nice place and when we arrived we wasn't disappointed Wendy and Steve run a lovely bed and breakfast and are lovely people and the breakfast is the best I have ever had at a bed and breakfast it is ideally situated in a nice place to get out and about we will definitely be returning thanks Steve and Wendy

Initially I thought that a b&b might make me feel uncomfortable, as it is in someone’s home. However they were very welcoming which put my thoughts at ease. We spoke with the owners and another friendly couple over breakfast, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We stayed one night here and our room was spotless and luxurious.  We felt that everything had been thought of to make our stay comfortable and the breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked.  It was within easy reach of the village by foot.

As another reviewer has already pointed out, this is a compact and comfortable B&B.  It is situated on the edge of town and is quiet, with a peaceful outlook.  The room (number 1 - pictured in their Tripadvisor advertisement) is small but adequate with an ensuite bathroom (also very compact). Generally, the room was very clean, but we found the duvet to be excessive for the time of year. 
The breakfast was excellent (I had a delicious mushroom, bacon and cheese omelette cooked to perfection), along with the coffee, but we missed breakfast on the second morning because we had to make an early start for Dover.  
The owner offered to make us sandwiches, which we gratefully accepted.  Unfortunately, they were not very appetising, which was a shame, as we had been charged for that morning's breakfast.  The thought was there, I suppose...
