Lovely spacious room, reception staff friendly and helpful. Room spotless, central for shopping lots of activities to do at the waterfront. My granddaughter loved it 🥰

Daughter is starting Dundee uni next month so this is our 1st trip to Dundee, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms spacious and clean. This is our 3rd and final night and have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, ur right in the heart of the city so lots to do around hotel, plenty of places to eat and see. Can’t wait to come back! We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and beds were very comfy. Tea/coffee was very much appreciated and was refilled every day!

We regularly stay here for leisure purposes about 5 times a year, the hotel is always immaculately clean and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. It's 5 minutes walk from the city centre which is perfect for shopping, eating out and concerts, there's a Tesco and Papa John's just around the corner if you just want to check in and chill.

Definitely use it again.  It was good and central to the masonic lodges that we were having our get togethers in. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️……..

Stayed here for 7 nights, fabulous service and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, the receptionist Kayleigh was more than happy to help me when I needed fresh towels and showed me how to use the lift, would happily stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Handy location with welcoming staff. The hotel manager working on 20th Feb was really friendly and helpful and we were made to feel at home. Great facilities and place was spotless.

Great stay, good prices, clean rooms and lovely staff, particularly the hotel manager on shift on the afternoon of February 20th. 

Very friendly throughout our stay and dealt with our very large party with professionalism.

Stayed here on a quick overnight trip for an early work meeting. It fit well into my budget and met my needs - a bed, a shower and a kettle. There’s a Lidl 3 minute walk away to pick up a snack and a Tesco, which opens at 7 AM and has a Costa machine, directly next to the hotel, which I appreciated having to be up stupid early before “business hours”.

Reception were lovely upon check in and check out. Very easy process and got to room quickly. 
The room was very clean so thank you to housekeeping staff! 
Bed was very comfy and I got a good night's sleep. I did bring my own earplugs for outdoor noise and any noise from others in hotel (I'm a light sleeper). 
I like the lift lock as it made me feel more safe with being central! 
Room was very cheap as well so it was a great last minute booking. 
Overall, great experience.

Great central hotel, lovely warm room, plenty of tea and coffee, fresh towels, ideal for our short break . Own downside was noise by bins 5.30-6 every day which was a right pain, took me ages to get back to sleep
