Our first experience of a Harbour Hotel was excellent despite some inclement weather. We were particularly impressed with the quality of the kitchen even when challenged by a large wedding party in addition to a full dining room. The Upper Deck staff worked together like a well-oiled machine and we were particularly grateful to Rod for his excellent service. We were less impressed by the service and noise level in the Jetty. The staff in Reception were always helpful and pleasant. My wife was disappointed by the Spa treatment she had which was not at all relaxing. We look forward to returning in future.
