The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were fresh. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water.

The housekeeping staff was attentive and prompt. The front desk team was equally impressive friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Trinco Blue wave Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

clam and clean place ,Best for a Family Stay,Good & friendly service as well.Beach is not close by,basically a city stay.Rooms are comfortable with required facilities and enough space.Good place for those who are looking for kind of luxury accommodation.

The hotel's cozy atmosphere created a welcoming ambiance from the moment I arrived. My room was comfortable and inviting, providing the perfect escape after a day of exploring. Very nice place with good stuff. Rooms are clean and adapted to european standards. Mr Aminda was kind, friendly and very helpfull for us whole time. Once again thank you very much for everything. Trinco blue waves is the best hotel in Trincomalee for sure.

We found an awesome hotel...
Very well maintained hotel in a calm and quiet environment with nice staff. The space of the room and bathroom were amazing. It is also a best choice for families. It also with reasonable price compare with other hotels

We booked this hotel mainly due to the location - in the centre of town close to the shopping areas and stayed 3 nights. We found it was also within walking distance of the local beach, Fort Frederick and the Koneswaram temple. Also what we didn't realise is that there is another trendy beach area at Uppuveli Beach which was easy to get to from the hotel by Tuk Tuk or by walking. This hotel has a sister hotel there with pool and spa facilities - however we ran out of time to visit there. Our hotel was modern with a double and single bed in our room and we requested early morning tea delivered to the room with no problem. The staff were really friendly and helpful and we ate there one night. Breakfast is served on the front courtyard and dinner is also served there. However on the night we ate there it was a religious festival and no alcohol was allowed at the front so they accommodated us on the upstairs lounge area where they served dinner and drinks without problem. I think generally alcohol is not served here but there is no problem to bring your own back to the hotel. 
One small point - the hotel only accepts cash - no credit cards - which we were aware of and we were able to pay in both USD and local currency.

I have been to this hotel with my friends and family,they gave us a very warm welcome. Specially  the front office staff were really nice to us they gave us a clear introduction about the hotel and the important places which are around this area.Big thank goes to Ms.Mistika she was  very nice to all of us.Food ,rooms everything was beyond our expectations.i highly recommended this to anyone who visiting this area for relaxation.we will be back  to this place definitely. SEE YOU SOON .

I have went to this hotel with my family friends along with my family. Friendly staff with very warmly welcomed. Nice rooms, good food friendly service. I am recommend this place to everyone who visiting this area.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. A quiet place to relax after a long day.  Excellent very friendly staff. Room service was very prompt as I was so happy to have a nice cup of coffee at 6.30 am .
