La Vedette Villa Margarita - Valsequillo - Grand Canary Island

We visited with a group of friends for a month long work-vacation in January-February 2024. The goal was to work remotely on our laptops, and then sightsee and enjoy the beautiful weather and nature on the island. The spacious interior and the marvelous garden outside of the Villa made this really easy! The internet was fast and reliable, we were getting delicious oranges and lemons, the rooms were comfy, and the decor was done in style. We could tell the host loves this place, arranging everything inside, building and tending to the garden. The host is a great, helpful and thoughtful man. He did help us with many things regarding moving around the island, finding services, good food etc. He also respected our privacy very well. Because we went as a group of friends, we chose to use one room per person, but each of the rooms is suitable for two people. We had some issues on other trips like this in the past - people cram over small spaces and arguments start. Here, the accomodation definitely helped, with personal space available for everyone across the rooms, living room, and the garden.
