Rohi Apartment Hotel

The place was beautiful and clean with great views of uptown hilly Kigali. 
The staff was the greatest i have ever met in my travels. Felt like I was among my cousins. Great hospitality

Great location. Amazing friendly service.  Spacious rooms. Close to the conference center, shopping, and restaurants. 
Breakfast consisted of fresh fruits, eggs, choice of cereals, and coffee. 
We would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here on our next visit to Kigali.

The hospitality is 100%, from the receptionist to the CEO, down to the room service. The breakfast, the fruits, the apartment is very neat and quiet. The location gives you a good view of the city. I will like to recommend Rohi to anyone coming in for both long and short stay. I spent 4wks in this apartment without asking my company for a change. 

I was lucky enough to stay at the Rohi Apartment Hotel during the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in June 2022.  From the moment I checked-in late on a Saturday night to the time I left the following week, the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.

The apartments themselves are very clean and the bed was extremely comfy.  The bathrooms are big (with great showers) and, even when I had a minor flood in my bathroom, it was all fixed immediately.

The apartment balconies are West-facing so you have a great sunset.  The living rooms are comfortable with large televisions (if you want that), and the kitchens are fully equipped, even with electric coffee percolators.  (A must for the excellent Rwandan coffee).

There is a large choice for breakfast each morning, all brought to your apartment at the chosen time. It really sets you up for the day.

And the staff were exceptional.  Dennis, the manager, helped me every single day with travel, things to do in my limited down-time, and even tracking down a phone I had left in a taxi. And he's a charming conversationalist.  Nothing is too much trouble.  And the same goes for the rest of the staff.

If you're making a trip to Kigali--for work or pleasure--I highly recommend the Rohi Apartments.  You really will not go wrong for somewhere to stay.

I had to stay for 3 months while on assignment. Jackson and his staff were always prompt, friendly, and courteous to any requests. The room was large and had a great view of the convention center. The staff kept the place very clean. No major issues in the 3 months of my stay.

Rohi apartment are not only beautiful but the service was also great. With the friendly manager Jackson. I was there for 8 days but i would recommend it to anyone and it will always my prefered apartment while in Kigali. Keep up the good work.

I stayed here for a little over a week. Rohi is set in a safe and secure location with an excellent view of the city. The manager and staff are very helpful and responsive. This was a great experience and I recommend this hotel.

Rohi is a friendly, clean, welcoming and comfortable environment! Whether you are looking to stay for a week or many months, you will not be disappointed. Staff is extremely helpful and responsive and layout of apartments is spacious. You will breathe deeper and relax easier when staying at rohi. On top of everything, the location is excellent! 

Peaceful and cozy hotel right in the center. Staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect for few nights in town. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Home away from home 

We arrived at rohi apart hotel and were greeted warmly by concierge  and the front desk staff . Never had such a wonderful home away . Rooms are cleans , modern and spacious with full furnitured .if you are tourists and long stay guest don't hesitate to pass your nights in this apartment hotel you will thank me later.
