It’s a bit of an architectural masterpiece and so enjoyable to experience the open plan living, multi aspects and lots of natural light. We were supplied with perfect breakfast ingredients, fab home made bread and muesli, fruits , home made jams etc. Located but the river walk, you could have a pleasant stroll into town in 10 or 15 minutes . We drove to Te Mata peak one evening with very big views and finally visited Ocean Beach for an exilerating swim in the surf
