What a lovely hotel! Perfectly located and it’s a gorgeous riad. However the service is what sets it apart is the service, they helped organize our entire excursions and went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

All the staff was very sweet, polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing! Room was very authentic and big with lot of extra beds at a great price!

Un magnifico Riad en la Medina de Fez

Hemos estado 4 días en Fez alojados en el Riad Lalla Zoubida y no podíamos haber elegido mejor. Todo ha sido de 10. La localización es muy buena, dentro de la Medina pero en una calle tranquila, lejos del bullicio y, a la vez, cerca de plaza Batha, por la que circulan los coches. Es una casa muy bonita con decoración marroquí. Dispone de habitaciones muy espaciosas y cómodas. Nosotros pedimos una suite familiar porque íbamos con nuestra hija y nos dieron una suite en la planta alta, con 2 estancias con una cama de matrimonio en cada una. Las camas muy cómodas y con buenos colchones. El desayuno es completísimo y las cenas también. Y lo mejor de todo, Ayoub y su familia. Unos encantadores anfitriones que hacen todo lo posible para que te encuentres a gusto. Nuestra llegada fue pasada la media noche y Ayoub salió a recibirnos a la puerta del taxi para acompañarnos hasta el riad. Además, gestionamos con ellos un tour por la medina con guía en español y fue genial, con Mohamed, un excelente guía. También gestionamos con ellos la excursión a Chefchaouen y también fue muy bien.
Si vais a Fez este Riad es 100% recomendable.  

We spent 4 days in Fez staying at the Riad Lalla Zoubida and we couldn't have chosen better. Everything has been a 10. The location is excellent, inside the Medina but on a quiet street, far from the hustle and bustle and, at the same time, close to Batha Square, where cars circulate. It is a very beautiful house with Moroccan decoration. It has very spacious and comfortable rooms. We asked for a family suite because we were going with our daughter and they gave us a suite on the top floor, with 2 rooms with a double bed in each. The beds are very comfortable with good mattresses. The breakfast is very complete and so are the dinners. And best of all, Ayoub and his family. Charming hosts who do everything possible to make you feel comfortable. Our arrival was after midnight and Ayoub came out to meet us at the taxi door to accompany us to the riad.  In addition to the transfer from the airport to the riad and from the riad to the airport, we managed with them a tour of the medina with a guide in Spanishand it was great, with Mohamed, an excellent guide. We also managed the excursion to Chefchaouen with them and it also went very well.
If you go to Fez this Riad is 100% recommended.

We were a family of five parents and three children that stayed here for two nights while we were in Morocco's Fez Medina. Everything about our experience has exceeded our expectations.
The price of our reservation included breakfast through. It seemed just as it did in the photographs. It is imperative that you take this property into consideration if you are traveling with family and children.
1. Stuff
Ayoub is incredibly lovely, friendly, helpful, and kind. He was received not as a guest but as family. He is proficient in Arabic, French, and Spanish in addition to English.
He constantly attempts to make us feel at ease when we are there. He even coordinated a first-rate airport transfer for us.
He set up a formal guide for us. The tour guide's languages include Arabic, French, and English.
2. Location
It is advisable to stroll through the market because the riad is situated in the Fez Medina. All things are nearby.
3. Room
Comfort triple rooms and double or twin rooms were reserved by us. Both rooms are lovely, big, tidy, and welcoming.
4. Room Features

- a blow dryer.
- The air conditioner is efficient.
Both hot and cold water are effective.
- a safe box.
5. WIFI
There is free WiFi available everywhere.

The breakfast is outstanding. Already, I've missed them. The best view of the Riad and Fez Medina is from the breakfast

Excellent food prepared by Suaad in the riad. Best tagine I ate in morocco. You must come try the food. Waleed and Omar where excellent. Nothing was ever too much for them. Always keen to assist. The riad is comfortable. Onky has 4 rooms. So you have that personal touch.

It’s the best hotel I have been in Morocco so far. Our room is clean and the heater makes the room so warm in winter. The lobby is not like a lobby. It’s more like a garden! So beautiful! And the staff Walid is very nice and friendly!

When you step into this Riad you will feel like you have walked into the past of Morocco. Beautiful decor and excellent staff. Food is definitely worth to try ( I suggest the grill lamb). The Riad  is close enough to the market but far enough to to have a piece of quiet when needed.



Our experience in Fes was not the best one, however, this was definitely our favourite riad during our stay in Morocco!

Walid and Azdin were really friendly and made us feel at home during our stay in Fes - we also ate the best chicken & lemon tagine of our whole trip here!

Very friendly staff, always laughing and cheerful. Excellent food served, making us feel well at home away from home. Rooms very authentic and typically local making us feel immersed in the Moroccan culture.

One of the best hotels I have ever been to. The service is impeccable. Food served is excellent. I cannot find anything to complain about. We had breakfast and dinner there. Rooms are very clean and extremely big.

The Riad in in the Medina but close enough to the main street so it was easy to find it.Staff was very nice and friendly.  Breakfast is very decentStaff was very nice and friendly.   We did have an issue the first night I was told they had an issue with their system and that our room was double booked for our first night.  We were place at a different riad across the hall/street.  We were 5 people and I had intentionally booked with them because they had a room that could accomadate all 5

The best memories in Fez!

We do not have enough words to praise this place. We ate dinner here and the food was to die for! The place is also very clean and beautiful. The staff were very caring and made sure we were happy and were enjoying ourselves. Special thanks goes to Azdin who also suggested a nearby place for a traditional show :) Well done!! 10/10

Amazing place, amazing food and friendly staff!

Was booked through our tour and we were pleasantly surprised at how lovely it was. The manager walid and the other staff were very friendly and helpful. The riad courtyard is stunning. Our room was on the second floor and we had our own balcony overlooking the courtyard. The location is excellent and the Medina is literally around the corner. Walid met us at our tour car to guide us to the riad and we recommend you organise this with them beforehand. If not it is located in the Batha area, the alleyway is opposite the hotel Batha and next to a pharmacy. Just keep walking and you will find it next to a traditional restaurant. 
The included breakfast was very generous.
