Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku Hotel 

Stayed here for 5 nights. We had booked a triple bed room but as it was the end of our trip and all very tired we decided to swap to 3 single rooms. The staff made our request easy and smooth. The cost was and extra $200 aust each but it was really worth it. They even placed us on the same floor, next to each other. The Hotel provided PJs and all bathroom requirements eg toothbush,toothpaste, , facial cloths,creams, masks, brushes, cotton buds and pads, mens razors and shaving cream. They even had 50+ sun screen. I loved at checkin and check out there was someone there to help you. They even have little packets of free paper cranes and origami. The hotel is a short walk, max 5 mins from several train stations. It is a lovely hotel. The rooms are very generous for Japanese hotels. The bar and restaurant was great and had staff that understood english. I found all hotel staff I dealt with very willing to please. I would stay here again in Tokyo and would recommend to anyone. On our day of departure we had checkout at 12pm which was wonderful. We had one last train ride and temple to visit and the hotel stored our bags free of charge whilst we did this. We came back had a drink collected our bags and the limosem bus pulled up in the driveway to take us to the airport.
