Really feel welcome with the one who incharge at the reception if I'm not mistake the name is Miya. She handled me very well, explained about all facilities and what kind of entitlement. this was my best experience staying at Ibis Jemursari because I got a really comfortable mattress when compared to other Ibis Styles. the unfortunate thing when staying there is that the swimming pool is not functioning because maintenance is being held for approximately 1 to 2 weeks. but I also found some unfriendly service when I was at the restaurant, very rarely greet with a smile. Even if they wear a mask, a smile can be seen when they say something. overall If you want to get a comfortable sleep quality then stay at Ibis Styles Jemursari then you will get comfort when sleeping with a mattress which I don't know how to be that comfortable.
