It is a value for money hotel. The in house food was awesome. The staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were huge and well maintained. The TV was good. Overall the experience was good and one should definitely stay there if one is looking out for a budget hotel. 

hotel is good and staff is well mannered.it is situated in the heart of city.in front of hotel is a large park.railway station and airport is near from the hotel.foods are rooms both are nice.park is helpfull for morning walk and spent time for peace with nature.

The location of the hotel is nice. Opposite to the hotel is a park where you can go for your morning walk or evening stroll. The person are reception was kind enough, greeted me with smile and did a quick check in. Although the passage and hall ways are bit under lit, the rooms are comfortable. However if you are claustrophobic and are use to having big windows, this is not the hotel for you. The room is well equipped and has a split AC (no noise though!). I was bit let down by bathroom though, the fixtures used are not upto the mark and the slope of the bathroom is wrong. So the complete bathroom gets wet once you take bath. No toiletries are provided except for a towel.
The hotel doesn't have working restaurant and hence only offer room service. The room service is a bit slow. It took almost 1 hour for my soup to arrive followed by wait of 15 min for main course. However I must say the packing of the food is very hygienic when they bring it to the room and the taste is too good for the cost you pay! The food is value for money definitely.
The buffet breakfast was let down after the dinner I had. There is a scope of improvement for that. All in all it was good stay for 1 night however there is plenty scope for improvement.

we stayed here for two nights. i must say the location is not so great and the property also not great in size. However the staff is quite courteous and of helpful nature. They ensured that we do not have any trouble during our stay. The front desk guy made good arrangement of transport to visit Allahabad. Food they serve is also quite good.

Good hotel, little scope of improvement!

We had a marriage function and groom kinsmen weer supposed to stay here.  On arrival no hotel boy lifted a single baggage even on notifying. They were 15 people with aortic 30 baggage. They dragged luggage in front of at least 5 hotel boys who were smiling and giggling. On asking for tea they refused and asked for payment before hand.  Sharp before check out time they stayed ringing and asking to vacate immediately with lady manners. We were ashamed in front of our guests. Managers Sartaj Siddiqui and Dilip Rai will talk real nice and once they have a booking in hand they don't even bother. 
I was the bride, when i entered hotel i was dragging my luggage and attendants stared at me like roadside romeos. No sense of respect for customers. 
On asking for iron,laundry and ice they refused bluntly that they won't be serving the requests without stating any reason.
Such is the attitude of staff. I will give 0.5 stars out of 5. Guys do not visit this hotel. It falls below the dignity of our city.
