Fantastic studios in Megali Ammos.Close to beach,bus stops and walk into town.Very comfy beds(new mattresses),spacious and clean.Usual self catering equipment,air con and wifi included.Nice surrounding garden.Dimitris the owner is a great guy.Will definitely stay here again.

I felt like I was staying at a favorite Uncle's house with a well-tended garden and Rocko the dog to greet you.  The studio is just outside of the main town.  If you have luggage, you need to take a taxi from the airport or port.  Otherwise, it is a short (10-15 min.) walk into town through side streets.  I had an immaculate studio with 3 beds and a kitchen all to myself.  If I needed anything, Dimitris, the owner, was either on the property, or, could be reached via email. There is a grocery store nearby and a beach right across the street.  For breakfast, the Achinos hotel across the street had a very nice buffet with seaside view for 12 Euros, which I enjoyed immensely.  I would definitely stay here again!

I spent the last two weeks of the season here and it was perfect for me. My studio had everything I needed and was cleaned every day, with fresh sheets and towels every other day. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The location was excellent, just off the main road so fairly quiet and between bus stops 4 and 5 so handy for accessing the rest of the island. Although no pool, the beach is less than a 5 minute walk and only 10/15 minutes to walk into town. I had a late flight home and the owner, Dimitris, very kindly let me keep my room and arranged a taxi to the airport 😃. I was very happy with the price I paid and would have no hesitation in returning in the future

Wow, the studios which are traditional greek are just up a lane off the main road from Skiathos Town in Megali Ammos. 6 studios which sleep 2 - 3 and 1 apartment that sleeps 5. We stayed in room 4 a studio for 2 on the 1st floor. The studio is kept very clean by the owners Dimitris and Maria, sheets and towels changed every other day and cleaned everyday. There is no swimming pool but there is the use of the pool next door. The kitchen area has a full size undercounter fridge, a 2 ring oven with grill, kettle, toaster, and all basic utensils, plates, dishes etc to be able to have a night in and cook.
The balcony is a nice size with a table and 2 or 3 chairs.
Hairdryer, table and chairs, beds are single and comfy and air con.
Beach, bars and restaurants just 5 mins walk away, Skiathos Town would take about 10 mins depends on which way you go, either straight up the main road or through the lovely streets of Megali Ammos. Bus stop no 5 just past the supermarket which can take you to different areas and beaches on the island. 
There isn't a bar but there are a few tables with umbrellas in the large garden for you to sit in with drinks bought from the supermarket.
Dimitris is a very nice person to talk to and he will answer any question you have as regards Skiathos and the surrounding area. 
We have been to Skiathos 13 times and this is the 1st time we have stayed at the Stelios Studios and when we return to Skiathos as long as there is availability we will be rocking up on the doorstep again.

Great place to stay, very clean rooms and very frequent towel and bedding change. Dimitris is very helpful and friendly. A perfect location in a quiet area and near to Skiathos town. Will be sure to return.

We spent 9 gorgeous days with Dimitris and Maria this year and felt so well looked after.  Great host of super accommodation.  A great price and suited our needs, definatley pleased with our choice.

Pretty accommodation set in gardens of fruit trees, Lemon, lime, orange pomegranate and more, with an invite to pick.  Our studio room was fully functional with air conditioning, safe included and free parking available, just what we needed for our stay.  Exceptionally clean and Dimintris and Maria cleaned our room every day.

Well located with easy access to Megali Amos beach and the beach bars and restaurants  in the day and evening.  Supermarkets and bus stop within a 5 min walk and Skiathos Town approx 10 mins.  You can walk past Margarita the Donkey onnthe main road or ( take carrots and apples and rustle your bag and she's bound to appear) or take the back route through the old town port streets, very scenic and easy to follow on Google maps.

Dimitris is really helpful and suggest places to visit and restaurants.  So kind he even gave us a lift to the airport.

We had a great stay at Stelios Studios. We were a group of 5 girls and stayed in a room with three singles and double. Both rooms were cleaned very well each day and Dimitris was very kind and helpful! There is also a sweet courtyard out the front of the guesthouse.
Most of all we loved the location - across the road from the beach and a 10 minute walk from the craziness of the port/town!
There is a bus stop close by that stops at all of the beaches along the coast so you have easy access to everything you could need :)

We stayed at Stelios Studios 17-24 June 2018, We had a wonderful stay, the studios a really clean and have everthing you need, Dimitris and Maria work so hard to make your stay special, we learnt so much from Dimitrias about Skiathos and Greece, these Studios are in a great location, if you stand at the gate you can see the beach and only a short walk in to Skiathos town, we would recommend these Studios and would stay there again

Thoroughly enjoyed our 14 nights at Stelios Studios. Our hosts were very friendly and worked extremely hard to ensure our stay was relaxing and worry free. The room was spotless with plenty of storage space, air-con, safe, cooking facilities and a great shower (with very hot water!). 
There's a short stroll to the local supermarket and another few steps to Megali Ammos beach which has numerous beach bars and restaurants.
Skiathos town is about 20 minutes walk and bus stops 4 and 5 are 5 minutes walk away.
We've stayed at Megali Ammos many times before, but this was our first visit to Stelios Studios and it will be the first place we'll try to book when we return.

We enjoyed a 17 night stay at the Stelios Studios in one of the rooms with 3 beds.

Location: The studios are half way between bus stops 4 and 5 from where you can catch the cheap bus to most of the beaches on the island. It is a flat walk to bus stop 5 but you have less chance of getting a seat (or even a place on the bus), so I would recommend walking up the hill to bus stop 4. It is a 15 minute walk to the town centre and port - there are several routes but they all involve a steepish climb. The beach at Megali Ammos is only a 2 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket is also within easy reach. The studios are set back from the main road and we did not notice any traffic noise during our stay.

Self Catering: There was a mini oven with 2 electric rings on top and the added bonus of a toaster. We liked the small pan which was great for boiling eggs. 

Bathroom: The shower was hot and powerful but we struggled to work out how to keep the head on the hook.

Room: There were 3 comfortable single beds, we struggled to fit all our clothes into the limited wardrobe space and there were not enough coat hangers for our needs. The air conditioning was very efficient.

Staff: Dimitris was wonderful, always around if there were any issues and he never topped working tidying the leaves up from the lovely gardens. The room was cleaned every day except Sunday (and even then the bins were emptied) and the linen and towels were changed every other day. On our last day he took us back to the airport free of charge and when my wife arrived with her friends, he brought them a bottle of wine to celebrate their birthdays.

Overall we had a really enjoyable stay at the Stelios Studios.
