I will likely write a few of these, but while I have time in the pool here are a few of my thoughts based on our 12 vista here. Most importantly the staff here are AMAZING!!! Orlando at all the restaurants we’ve been to so far goes above and beyond!! Every-time he walks by the Platinum pool he stops to say hello and make sure we have everything we need. This man needs promotion, he’s excellent! Glenys and Carlos are also incredible they take such great care of our group! At checkin we were blessed with Idanny and Rory! These guys met our every need and made us feel like we were coming back home! So thankful!!! These men are a true asset to your hotel. Here is a key improvement you all NEED to make. I know this resort is a family place, BUT the Platinum pool needs to be ADULTS ONLY. Let’s be clear here, it is a relatively small pool and there are many more appropriate locations for kids. There is a water park, main pool AND kiddie pool. Platinum service can be offered at other pools. Kids splashing around with giant floaty things is not good in this pool. We also understand we could go to an Adults resort but we have cultivated so many relationships here, we don’t want to leave, hopefully we don’t have to. Lastly for now, I want a gold bracelet!!! I understand it’s for continuous returns, but I’ve spent the same amount of money, just missed one year in twelve! This place is our home away from home!!!
