Just returned from a four night break staying at this hotel. My partner is coeliac and after reading a previous review I was apprehensive, I emailed the hotel to let them know I received an email back very quickly saying to remind them when we checked in. We did this and the receptionist said right away that it had already been noted and just let them know when we went for breakfast. True to their word every morning he had GF bread and a pastry, there were plenty other items to choose from at the buffet in addition to this. The food was replenished frequently and the plates cleared quickly. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was spotless and the rooms large, well equipped and warm. Yes, the hotel itself is accessed along short corridor but there are absolutely no issues with this, it's secure and we never felt worried returning at night. Hotel located on Wenceslas Square, couldn't get a better location. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
