Hostal Nancy

We stayed here before and after our W trek. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and we in particular enjoyed the nice hot showers with good pressure after 4 days of trekking. The breakfast is simple but tasty, definitely try the delicious rhubarb cake. The host was very helpful: we came back one day earlier than planned from Torres del Paine national park and she was very flexible in changing our booking to a day earlier.

I stayed here for one night in a private room with a private bathroom. I really enjoyed my stay as the place was very clean and staff very friendly. The breakfast was also very good. Highly recommend. 
It is about a 10 minute walk to the main bus station. 

Walk-in rate for a single room with private bathroom. Glad I found this place. Hot showers with good pressure were welcoming after my 'W' trek. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and big. There's heating and clean towels. More like a hotel actually. Host was nice and though there's no cooking in the kitchen, you can still use the stuff if you pack meals or want to make tea/ coffee. 

I just stayed one night here, as I ended up with an extra night in PN. It’s a very comfortable place, private room with ensuite bathroom. All clean and working well. There were some issues with roads closures stopping buses they woman there was really helpful calling the company for me in the morning

Comfortable stay!

Very nice hostel

I pay at the check-in and asked for the keyroom but they reply that they don't have at the moment. 
They tell me "don't worry, we have 24 hours reception" so i come back at 1 a.m. 
I ring the bell once, twice, a lot of times but no one answers. I start knocking at the door but no one answers. I become pretty worried and start knockin heavy ath the window. No answer. 
Night out in Puerto Natales is not a warm place. 
So I run to find another opened hostel. When i finally find it i phone from there to Hostal Nancy to ask why they didn't open at me. No answwer. 

It was a really really bad experience
