I had an amazing time at San Agustin hostel. It’s managed by 3 super friendly sisters. The hostel is super clean, kitchen well equipped, rooms setup with very comfortable and warm beds. Breakfast is included which is great, and it’s very close to all main shops in town to prepare for Torres del Paine trek. The sisters working their are extremely supportive and do really go out of their way to help, and even give guidance on what to do, where to go for booking for Torres del Paine, and have an option to buy bus tickets as well as rent equipment through them. I had lost an item and was so amazed how one of them helped me find a solution. The environment their felt more homey like being with them, especially how they take care of you and how organized and super clean the hostel is, and it has such a quiet atmosphere. Best for preparations or rest before or after long treks.
