The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. A buffet breakfast is served in the Palm Restaurant in the main building.
Some of the luxury rooms do not have a balcony. If a suite with a balcony is required, guests can specify this when booking. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. A room with a balcony is not guaranteed and is subject to availability at the time of arrival.
Pets weighing up to 5 kg are allowed upon prior request and at an additional cost. Cost of accommodation with a pet: RUB 1000.00 per day, but not more than RUB 7000.00 for the entire period of stay.
Access to the pool is included in the room rate, except for room categories marked No pool access.
Cleaning with a change of bed linen is carried out once every 6 days, on the 6th day of stay. Wet cleaning is carried out once every 3 days, on the 3rd day of stay. Garbage removal and replenishment of consumables are carried out daily. To replace the towels, guests need to put them on the floor.
The cost of a single visit to the pool in Fitness House Prestige (Valo Ramada building) is RUB 1400.00 per guest.
Only Russian bank cards are accepted for payment at the hotel.

The room ambience and was very spacious. The room was provided with 2 bottles of water, toiletries and in-room amenities which was pretty good. And they refilled everyday the water bottles and toiletries. The room was pretty clean and the lighting was adequate. Liked it.
What was bad
There is an administration fees at the reception where you need to pay 300 Rubles for Foreign citizens which is a hidden cost. Beware of that.
