Actually i am business from surabaya last of 4 r 5 years and still stay in hotel pesonna which is near with Ampel as i am many time in surabaya for business purposes and long stay so i am stay always in hotel pesonna hotel is std super but all staff of pesonna is very friendly if u go for food side if u go to reception all is very friendly environment specially i am for got many names but nitha messy noor ul fadila april are very good and help ful and toomuch respect of me always as a good family member so thankyou guys of hotel pesonna again thankyou so much for ur good hospitility and good normal price per night and still i am feeling just i am in my home
