My partner and I stayed here for a 5 day trip to Budapest. It was an excellent hotel in a prime location. We walked most nearly everywhere and the metro wasn’t far away for when we got public transport. Breakfast had a wide variety to suit everyone, it was always fresh and plentiful. The hotel itself was very clean and welcoming. The room was on the smaller side but for a long weekend we didn’t pack too heavy anyway! No where really to put your luggage and no storage but there is hanging space which was good. Whilst there we had a medical emergency and when we approached the reception they were absolutely amazing, no questions asked except for my welfare. I haven’t been able to really think about what happened or come to terms with it which is why it’s been like 3 weeks since making a review BUT I can’t let it go. For what happened if it happened anywhere else I don’t think I would have got the empathy and care I needed and deserved. Even 2 days later when I was in hospital and my partner checked out, the lady asked after us and sent her regards etc. They couldn’t have done anymore. If we return to Budapest, 100% will come back to this hotel! Thank you sooo much, your love and acre meant everything to us.
