Hostellerie de Cotignac 

My wife and I recently visited Cotignac in the quiet of the new year and found the Hostellerie de Cotignac to be well located at the lower end of the main street, Cours Gambetta. The hotel has a modern fitout with air conditioned rooms including good bathroom.Soaps are somewhat basic sachets but adequate. There is also a lift. Free wifi is of good strength with an individual code for each device required. There is no dedicated parking, however, there is a public car park immediately behind. The owner/manager spoke a workable level of English and was helpful in all respects. This included opening the restaurant and preparing a hearty buffet dinner for us given the very limited alternative options in town that evening which we greatly appreciated. Breakfast is pretty basic but typically simple French with orange juice, coffee, baguette and croissants. Recommended.
