Location is good. Free parking, but free place hard to get. 
This is not a hotel, but an apartment. Balcony size is 1m2. 
Someone would not expect there,you must call and wait for an hour, when the owner comes and in order to gain access to the apartment. 
Equipment (TV, washing machine) are very old. Sofa bed broken, ceiling lights burned out, broken water tap in the kitchen. The repairs have not been made for many years. 
Take yourself the toilet paper, it is not enough. 
General appearance dirty and unmaintained. 
Kind of money, you will definitely find better. 



Not recommended.

Just had the misfortune to stay here a week, in the self-contained "shed". Location good and rooms clean but everything else absolutely disgusting. Shower leaked, no shower head holder, washbasin tap broken so we had to wash and clean teeth in the sink. Three broken plastic chairs in an area used by neighbours to hose their dog kennel, smashed table light and a broken, wonky shelf above the bed. The owner's attempt to resolve the problems did result in 5 new chairs, but his "repair" to the shower simply made it worse as the door came off, and the washbasin leaked all over the floor. An absolute disaster - avoid, avoid, avoid.
